The mystery has been revealed by USA Today, Hoffman was hiding the hairstyle he has for his next movie, “Jack Goes Boating.” When Hoffman starred in the stage version, the New York Times described the hairdo as “tentative, pale-blond dreadlocks that look like a bad case of hat hair.”

Hoffman, was up for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar last Sunday for “Doubt.” The Oscar went to the late Heath Ledger for playing The Joker in “The Dark Knight.”

The big news in sports last weekend was Allen Iverson showed up to the All Star practice with his hair cut off. Iverson is known for his trademark cornrow hair style for over 12 years!.

Many credit Iverson with starting the style, at least in the NBA.

Iverson has said before he would never cut his hair. It’s being reported that Iverson is going to send the hair to his mother as a keepsake. That’s sweet!
